Malletts of Pettistree

January 3, 2026
Malletts of Pettistree

For many years, other family researchers have added Joseph Mallett and Sarah Jordan of Pettistree to their trees as the parents of my direct ancestor, Thomas Mallett 1761-1838 from Lowestoft and Kessingland in Suffolk.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT!!

Joseph and Sarah Mallett were NOT the parents of my Thomas and, as of January 2026, I have not established who is but watch this space …………….

To give other researchers a heads-up if they ARE related to the Pettistree line, here below is all the PROVEN research.

FAMILY TREE OF GEORGE MALLOT AND SUSAN POTTER
